Holy Mierde! How about a world where:

1. everything matters... (holes, pitcher, stuff that is in or out of them)...

or

2. nothing at all matters

I think there are enough people who believe either number 1 or 2, but
how about the middle ground? Is balance achievable in our lifetime? How do we define "balance" anyway?

There you go, starting more trouble..

the holes always matter

it's what you fill them with that doesn't seem to matter

Well, in naming the holes, I have only my own frame of reference to draw upon. However, since we're both part of the same species, I'm sure mine won't be far removed from yours -- except, you only seem to have five.

Guilt
Regret
Anger
Shame
Apathy

The only pitcher big enough to overcome the holes is one called, "I Don't Care." It's a hard pitcher to come by, though. It can cost you everything.

Better to patch the holes than pursue the pitcher.

I am reading a new book by my favorite author - physicist Gerald Schroeder. It is truly amazing and a brain exercise at the same time. Sound science - new perspective -what better way to plug holes and fill up the pail than to exercise the brain in new ways! Go to: http://www.geraldschroeder.com/accordingtogod.aspx

ps - very cute pail - sad, but very cute
