Yes, he's definitely pulling your chain. Careful analysis of the RGB values proves that the "photo" is a forgery.

Spiders often aren't very fond of cats, so I could see how Debbie's behavior might be a hazard.

All are very nice. I find the lowermost spider the friendliest - smaller eyes, and two are reassuringly more eye-like than the others. Also, I like its perspective best. And the thick legs with fewer joints. Though the mandibles on the second are more aesthetically pleasing and more convincingly mandibular.

Predators have a certain pragmatic, honest ruthlessness about their natural interactions, which I can admire. But apparently at least one species can be vegetarian:

Since, in real life, spiders are ferocious predators, Emily and her kin are truly anthropomorphic.

Uh... er... um....
I'm sticking to interpreting coffee grounds from now on.

Fair trade shade-grown organic coffee grounds, of course.

Humanity is a plague on the earth.

We are running out of water and arable land.
We are polluting the air, the water, the sea and the soil.

Maintaining food production is critical.
We must change our diet -- No more meat!

The bankers and the profit takers will also starve.
You cant eat money.
